Description
The Support Staff at Parker Hospitality plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. This position is responsible for timely food and beverage delivery, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and proactively supporting the service team throughout each shift. Success in this role requires a strong sense of teamwork, attention to detail, and a consistently positive and professional attitude.

This position is part of a Service Charge pay model and is compensated primarily through commission-based earnings from service charges on guest checks shared among front of house team members. This position may also receive tips from customers. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accurate presentation and order completeness.
2. Announce dishes and beverages to guests upon delivery.
3. Follow all allergy procedures and communicate any special guest instructions clearly.
4. Clear and reset tables within one minute of guest departure, following restaurant specifications.
5. Remove dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and debris promptly throughout service.
6. Crumb, wipe, and maintain table cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
7. Greet guests warmly and proactively anticipate their needs.
8. Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team members.
9. Assist with wrapping leftovers and ensure proper packaging.
10. Maintain service areas with adequate stock of supplies throughout the shift.
11. Transport dirty dishes to dish areas and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables.
12. Complete all assigned side work and cleaning tasks to standard.

• Ability to learn table and position numbers within one week of hire.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional approach to all guest interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Abstain from working under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances.
• Refrain from engaging in violent, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
• Pass a drug and alcohol test within the first 90 days of employment, where required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; physical tasks include bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Must be able to move safely through all areas of the restaurant, including crowded or confined spaces.
