Paragon Renovations is a trusted, family general contracting company specializing in residential construction, renovations, and remodeling. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in framing, trim work, and door installation , with additional experience in basic plumbing and electrical work considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform framing , ensuring structural integrity and accuracy.

• Install trim, molding, and doors with precision.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

• Assist with site preparation , including loading/unloading materials.

• Perform general cleanup of construction areas.

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in Carpentry and/or Remodeling

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions .

• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
