Job Title: Contract Pricing and Data Analyst

Job Description

Join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining customer pricing programs and analyzing data to support sales efforts. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer pricing programs and calculate pricing using formulas in MS Excel and MS Access.

• Upload data into various contracting activities and summarize it for presentations and inquiries.

• Prepare detailed reports and analyze discrepancies using MS Excel, MS Access, and Microsoft BI.

• Address internal and external customer requests, supporting sales efforts associated with assigned contracts.

• Contribute to contract launch and marketing processes for new programs.

• Maintain a contracts repository with relevant contract information for both internal and external customers.

• Complete general contract administrative tasks, such as filing notices and submitting correspondence.

• Protect confidential information according to company policy.

• Identify and escalate any contract-related concerns to appropriate stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent general business experience.

• Two years of data analysis experience.

• Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including V Lookups and SUM functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Four years of data analysis experience if no degree.

• Familiarity with computer reseller contractual requirements.

• Contracts experience.

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.

• Strong work ethic.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, with equipment provided. The ideal candidate will be located in the Central time zone, although applicants from anywhere in the U.S. are welcome to apply.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
