About the Role:
PTA Co is looking for a reliable and motivated FedEx Express Delivery Driver to join our team in Sauget, IL! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the face of FedEx — delivering packages and smiles to customers every day. If you love being on the road and take pride in excellent service, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle along assigned routes in and around Sauget, IL
- Load, sort, and organize packages for efficient daily delivery
- Scan and track packages using FedEx handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation
- Deliver and pick up express packages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction at the door
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous delivery, logistics, or courier experience preferred
- Familiarity with the Sauget, IL area and surrounding communities is a plus
