Your New Role

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations

• Diagnose plumbing issues involving fixtures, water lines, drains, and plumbing systems

• Complete drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work

• Deliver accurate solutions while maintaining high workmanship standards

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety requirements

• Complete service documentation and job records accurately

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work

• Support and mentor apprentices in the field

• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Participate in the shared rotating on-call schedule as needed

• This position requires reporting to the company's Warrenville, IL location

• Service customers throughout the company's Illinois service area

• Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required

• Valid Driver's License

• At least 4 years of professional plumbing experience

• Experience servicing residential plumbing systems and light commercial plumbing systems

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to complete plumbing repairs, maintenance, service work, and installations independently

• Willingness to perform drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service work

• Sewer rodding experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to guide and mentor apprentice plumbers

• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards

• Ability to maintain accurate service documentation

• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
