NTT DATA seeks a Claims Examiner on a project basis to work remote, from home . This is a full-time, temporary role. Must have TPA experience.

The Claims Processor reports to the Regional Claims Manager, Employee Benefits Division.

This position is responsible for registering, processing, and adjudicating claims accurately and

efficiently.

Start Date: ASAP

100% Remote-client provides equipment

90 Day temp to hire opportunity

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Process all claims for assigned group(s) within ten days of receipt.
• Complete forms for over specific claims, including, but not limited to, printing EOBs, pulling claims and copying claims.
• Contact providers and case management company for information regarding problem claims.
• Print/mail EOBs and claim forms requested by providers and insured members.
• Assist with audits for assigned group.
• Assist with claims processing and over specific for new or backlogged groups.

Knowledge, Skills And Ability Requirements

• High School Education required.
• Minimum 3 Years of Claims Processing experience
• TPA Experience

Preferred

• Experience in the GBAS system
• Experience processing Dental Claims

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($21 - $23/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
