Job Summary

As the AI & Business Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable ROI.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI & Business Strategy Lead to drive the adoption of AI across our organization. This position will be full-time, long-term contract, and fully remote.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate existing systems and/or new user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI initiatives align with enterprise goals

• Identify high-impact use cases and prioritize AI initiatives based on business objectives

• Guide the organization through AI adoption, ensuring responsible implementation

• Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives

• Facilitate communication and change management efforts across teams

What You'll Need

Required:

• 7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation

• 2 years of experience specifically in AI, data analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives

• 7 years of demonstrated success aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and delivering ROI

• Strong business acumen; ability to engage with C-suite and business unit leaders

• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and trends; understanding what is feasible technically

• Proficiency in business case development and ROI modeling

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills

• MBA, MS in Business Analytics, or equivalent experience

• Executive education or certifications in AI strategy (e.g., MIT Sloan, Kellogg, or similar)

Preferred:

• Cloud or AI platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$140 - $160 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
