TRUCK DRIVER RECRUITER
The Driver Recruiter is primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified Class A company drivers. This position is also responsible for executing daily tasks including; recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and creating a positive business environment for the long-term retention of company drivers. Entering in invoices and files also Getting flights and transportation for drivers When needed from office or airport must have computer skills and an understanding of the system.
-RUNNING PSPs/MVRs/CLEARINGHOUSE REQUEST
-EVALUATING PROSPECTIVE DRIVERS WITH SAFETY DEPARTMENT
-ONBOARDING NEW DRIVERS
-COLD CALLING LEADS FOR PROSPECTIVE DRIVERS
Pay starts at $50,000 to $85,000 Monday through Friday.
