A reputable dental practice in Quincy, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join its dynamic team. The practice is renowned for delivering comprehensive dental care and maintaining a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.

• Payor Mix: PPO/CASH (No Medicaid)
• Patient Mix: All ages
• Facilities: 7 operatories, 4 hygienists, 2 full-time assistants
• Monthly Production: $157,478
• New Patients: 57+/month

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time, 4 to 5 days/wk.
• New Grads Welcome: Yes
• Focus Areas: Restorative, endodontics, surgical extractions, bread & butter dentistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Dental Care: Provide a full spectrum of dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
• Endodontic Procedures: Perform molar endodontic treatments, including root canal therapies, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active dental license in the state of Illinois.
• Experience: Open to new graduates; 2+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Professionalism: Dedication to continuous professional development and adherence to the highest ethical standards in dentistry.
