Position Summary

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students in Rockford, IL. This in-person role begins around the turn of the semester and runs for one year. SLPs will conduct evaluations, provide therapy services, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with physician orders and IEP goals

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and team planning

• Support students in developing communication skills across settings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois

• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by contract

• CPR certification, TB/PPD clearance, and health certificate as applicable

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
