HR Coordinator & Benefits Specialist
Location: Carbondale, IL / Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Department: Human Resources
Pay Range: $22 - $25 / hour

Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits including; health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans, and paid leave
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions and third-party administrators
- Maintain HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for administrative and provider team members
- Participate in employee engagement events and HR orientations
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to support a positive employee experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally with benefits and payroll
- Valid driver’s license required
