POSITION: Maintenance Technician - Entry-Level to Experienced

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who loves working with their hands, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly all while providing professional customer service to our residents. Whether you're new to the field or have years of experience, we'll give you the tools and support to succeed.

Here's What You'll Do: (Hint - Our current Techs love the VARIETY of work!)

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties
• Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
• Stay proactive and adaptable to the needs of the property and residents
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal

What You'll Need:

• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Physical fitness to handle hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to learn and utilize tools effectively

Experienced Maintenance Techs will also need:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance and repair tasks
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members on tool use and safety practice
• EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it! Regency-paid.)
