Corporate Counsel
Summary
The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team where no two days are the same, supporting Hyatt’s hotel operations on guest disputes, contract matters, and complex operational challenges across the portfolio. Partnering closely with Operations, Risk, hotel leadership, and corporate stakeholders, you will provide practical legal guidance that enables sound decision-making while protecting Hyatt’s brand and long-term interests.
You will work at the front line of issue management — assessing matters early, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying trends that help prevent escalation. In collaboration with Sales and Distribution, you will also support commercial initiatives and property-level agreements while balancing business objectives with risk management.
This opportunity offers meaningful exposure to hospitality operations, close engagement with enterprise leaders, and the ability to influence policy, process improvement, and proactive risk prevention across the business. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.
