Contract Duration: 18 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in program management, with a strong focus on technology transformation within the financial services sector.
• Executive Presence: Proven ability to communicate, present to, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Technical Acumen: A solid background in technology, with an understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles.
• AI Expertise: A strong interest and, ideally, hands-on experience with the application of AI solutions in a financial technology context.
• Credentials: A Bachelor's degree is required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting Background: Demonstrable experience working with or for a "OpenKyber" consultancy firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• MBA and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP)

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
• Lead Transformation Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive Strategy Develop comprehensive program plans, define scope and objectives, and align all activities with our core business goals.
• Communicate with Impact Serve as the primary liaison for all program communications, translating complex technical details into clear, strategic insights for C-level executives.
• Build & Inspire Teams Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Innovate with AI Champion the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions within our financial technology landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
