Key Responsibilities
Partners with HR Generalist and Corporate for new employee onboarding paperwork
Performs HRIS (UKG) and Payroll data entry for new hires, change of pay, and terminations
Coordinates the planning and preparation for campus new hire orientation, recognition events, holiday parties and other initiatives
Provides support for the HR team during the pre-employment process for new hires, which includes creating the personnel files, reviewing the checklist for accuracy, filing and additional responsibilities as needed
Maintains active and inactive employee personnel files and I-9 documentation according to federal and state law requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience within HR preferred
- Some college required. Bachelor’s degree human resource management or a related field preferred.
- Experience working within UKG.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
