Westminster Place | Part Time | Human Resources Department | Mon - Wed: 8:30am - 4:30pm. Thurs: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with HR Generalist and Corporate for new employee onboarding paperwork

  • Performs HRIS (UKG) and Payroll data entry for new hires, change of pay, and terminations

  • Coordinates the planning and preparation for campus new hire orientation, recognition events, holiday parties and other initiatives

  • Provides support for the HR team during the pre-employment process for new hires, which includes creating the personnel files, reviewing the checklist for accuracy, filing and additional responsibilities as needed

  • Maintains active and inactive employee personnel files and I-9 documentation according to federal and state law requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within HR preferred
  • Some college required. Bachelor’s degree human resource management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working within UKG.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • English language proficiency
