Job Title: CEMS Technician
Job Description:

Provide field support in an industrial setting to clients to ensure the accurate, stable, and on-going operation of client or company owned equipment

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain continuous emissions monitoring equipment produced by a variety of manufacturers located at customer sites

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on client equipment
-
Provide technical support to clients via telephone and/or email
-
Provide feedback and documentation of work performed to client and internal resources
-
Consult with client to explore needs and develop action plans to ensure that those needs are met quickly and efficiently

Communicate with client to implement any necessary corrective actions
-
Support and comply with all safety requirements associated with the position

Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner

Project a professional image of the company at all times

Perform in-house equipment repair, fabrication, and maintenance
-
Understand and follow company policies and procedures
-
Render other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
-
Able to travel as needed on a week-to-week basis
-
Military experience is a plus
Additional Information:
-
Employee must be able to travel to various client sites, sometimes spending a few days at each site, to provide CEMS installation, maintenance, and operations services for industrial clients on projects that have been assigned to employee by corporate office

All travel time and expenses - including lodging, company vehicle, fuel, daily per diem - are paid for by company
-
Frequent overtime available at 1.5x pay rate

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elmhurst, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
