CloudMasonry is seeking a driven and consultative Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team based in New York or Chicago. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. You will work directly with executive stakeholders to understand business needs, develop tailored Salesforce consulting solutions, and guide prospects through our sales process.

This is an opportunity to sell impactful digital transformation services, working in collaboration with Salesforce and CloudMasonry's senior delivery leaders to deliver measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned verticals or territories, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
• Align with Sr. Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to lead partner selling motions across mid-market and enterprise business units.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to shape compelling project scopes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with the client's needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client's pain points, goals, and technical environment.
• Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer's business case and technical requirements.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and pipeline through CRM hygiene and consistent deal reviews.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
• The ideal candidate will be located in the Metro New York or Chicago area.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience selling to VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how Salesforce products can drive value for complex organizations.
• Experience selling service engagements in the $100K–$1M+ range.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort working in a high-autonomy environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and results.
