We're looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support a CEO who leads multiple ventures, including an innovative bourbon brand and a thought-provoking book on leadership. What You'll Do

Executive & Entrepreneurial Support

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, embodying integrity, professionalism, and resourcefulness.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support across various business initiatives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Project & Initiative Management

Contribute to exciting projects, including the launch of a bourbon brand and the promotion of a leadership book.
Oversee key tasks and ensure project timelines are met with efficiency and precision.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials to keep initiatives moving forward.

Operations & Timeline Management

Take ownership of deadlines, ensuring accountability and structure in all aspects of the CEO's agenda.
Organize and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Travel as needed to support events, speaking engagements, and business initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the food & beverage, wine & spirits, or hospitality industries.
Background working in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with the Chicago business landscape.

Additional Requirements

Must pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
Commitment to community engagement and supporting local initiatives.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related events.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, hourly: $20 - $30 per hour
