Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is ideal for someone passionate about professional growth, coaching, and developing effective leadership strategies. As a key part of our consulting operations, you will work directly with clients to support leadership training initiatives, evaluate progress, and contribute to impactful development programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership training modules and development programs

• Facilitate group workshops, one-on-one coaching, and team-building sessions

• Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and tailor solutions

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of leadership development efforts

• Provide research and analysis on leadership trends, best practices, and performance metrics

• Support ongoing client engagement and communication throughout project lifecycles

• Help identify growth opportunities and contribute to internal process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in training, leadership development, or a related role

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations

• Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach to work

• Familiarity with leadership models, learning management systems, or coaching techniques is a plus
