Overview
Our Data and Specialty Solutions Division is seeking a DSS Finance Technology leader. This role is required to be based in Lisle,IL and sit onsite 5 days a week. This role will report into the VP of Finance for the Division but will work very closely across the various business units in the Division along with various capabilities across the company.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the integration and application of AI tools to create value across the Division
- Create tools/processes that adapt quickly to changing business needs for data.
- Linking AI interface with various data systems to respond quickly to inquiries and support decisions.
- Lead automation of consistent data needs
- Enhance our ability to allow individuals to access data directly
- Ensure reliability and sustainability of tools/processes to produce quality outputs.
- Anticipate business needs and technology/tools that will make us leading edge
- Combine both internal and external data where it makes sense
- Find ways to reduce need for "human ware" in between our systems.

A successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Familiar with data warehouse architecture setup in either Snowflake or Databricks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Econometrics or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
