Sales Support Representative
About the Role
We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support customers by accurately processing orders, managing quotes, and providing timely updates on product availability and delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams and have the opportunity to grow into specialized quoting or product-line expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret bills of materials and product catalogs to support customer requests

Enter and manage customer orders and quotes within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system

Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order status, lead times, and deliveries

Work from a shared inbox, self-assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow and avoid duplication

Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements
-
Develop deeper expertise in technical quoting or product-specific knowledge as experience grows
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills:

Experience in customer service and/or sales support

Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical product information

Clear written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
