Solar Energy Customer Specialist

We are looking for an experienced customer service rep with heavy experience in the solar energy field to act as a primary resource for our customers. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for homeowners, handling a consistent flow of inbound calls and emails. Responsibilities

• Inbound Management: Handle high-volume calls and emails, providing prompt and effective assistance on solar-related inquiries, technical concerns, and general requests.

• Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, case notes, and resolutions within our CRM system to ensure a seamless customer history.

• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues at the first point of contact; escalate complex cases according to established protocols.

Qualifications

• Solar Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Solar Industry is required.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
