Polish speaking Clinic secretary -Babysitter for our therapists:)

Happyian is the first European owned company. We need experiences, versatile, thinking outside the box employees! We are currently looking for on site secretary who would babysit-supervise our therapists and manages day-to day clinic operations.

Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic:

• maintaining cleanliness, reports and restocks inventory of materials, activities and food/drinks for entire clinic


• maintaining storage room organization and changes inventory weekly/biweekly


• supervises staff and clients safety and reports to clinical administration in emergencies

Provides workplace services:

• creates materials for programming as instructed by clinical staff


• books meet and greet appointments with prospective clients


• communicates in regards to Happyian services with walk -in prospective clients


• provides administrative support by creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere for employees, and clients


• helps in maintaining client and staff schedules.


• company including emailing communications, google folders organi]ations, authorizations, reauthorizations, billing claims, and denials etc.

Happyian requirements:

• communicative English


• fluent Polish


• attention to detail, ability to focus


• availability between 7 am and 7 pm for 40 hour a week schedule


• being on site between 8 am and 9:30 am every morning M-F


• flexibility to schedule meetings, and trainings with operation manager, and clinical staff


• participance in hr meetings, and company trainings

Accountability:

• Maintain punctuality for assigned tasks start and end times.


• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

treatment including Alzheimer patients or individuals with ADHD. There is extensive research on the success of applying ABA therapy to treatment of different challenges and in a variety of life stages from infancy to late adulthood.
