Entry-Level Quality Assurance Coordinator – Elgin, IL
Location: Onsite – [Warehouse]
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated bilingual Entry-Level Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Quality Assurance and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure products meet company standards by performing inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Create and help enforce quality control protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with company and internal standards
- Triple-check each order prior to shipment to verify correct product, quantity, and serial numbers
- Perform routine quality audits and inspections to identify non-conformities
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records
- Communicate findings with supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to help in other areas when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year warehouse experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, data entry)
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on the floor for extended periods
