Law Office Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated immigration and Personal Injury law front desk receptionist to join our law offices. The ideal candidate will assist in meeting welcoming clients to the office, scheduling appointments for the attorneys, answering phone calls, and various office duties
bilingual speakers highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for attorneys, including setting appointments and reminders.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Provide bilingual support to clients, enhancing communication and service delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Prior clerical and administrative experience, including data entry and filing
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and schedules
- Experience with QuickBooks and office management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
