Creates and maintains standards and procedures. Provides training on Standards and Procedures. Monitors adherence to Standards and Procedures. Provides reporting to leadership on execution of risk management frameworks across the enterprise. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities Leads the development, enhancement, and implementation of risk management frameworks Creates and maintains standards. Monitors the adherence to risk Monitors adherence and performs quality assurance activities to Standards and procedures. Provides training on Standards and procedures. Provides reporting to leadership on execution of risk management frameworks across the enterprise. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here's what we need from you: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Continuous Improvement, Engineering or English 6+ years of experience in Risk management, operational risk, process management, financial services, or related. In Lieu of Education, 8+ years of experience in Risk management, operational risk, process management, financial services, or related. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
