FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT MANAGER
Sky Dine is growing in the Midwest. We are looking for managers to train and develop in our Sioux Falls, SD location then deploy to new projects.

- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverages.
- Interact with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement quality standards and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Provide ongoing staff training/development opportunities.
- Manage and lead a team to maintain high production, productivity, and quality standards.
- Create a positive and exciting workplace culture.
- Control inventory levels, costs, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle payroll and finance reporting.
- Maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Here’s what we offer:
- Competitive compensation of $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
- PTO (Paid Time Off)
