Benefits Administrator
LaSalle Network is hiring a Benefits Administrator for a nationally recognized organization in the automotive industry. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for an HR professional who thrives on balancing strategic program management with hands-on administration.
The Benefits Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering employee-focused benefits programs that drive engagement, satisfaction, and long-term organizational success. Benefits Administrator Responsibilities:- Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
- Manage enrollments, COBRA, claims, compliance testing, and benefits communications
- Oversee ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA compliance
- Conduct benefits audits, surveys, and reporting
- Evaluate vendors and recommend plans for cost efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Provide training and support to internal HR and field teams
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- $28–$32/hour pay
