Administrative Assistant
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $23/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with plant leadership, production, and quality teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to plant management, production, and quality teams
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic)
• Coordinate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery schedules
• Assist with purchase orders, vendor communication, and supply tracking
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience (manufacturing or food production environment preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Bilingual is a plus ( not required)
