Comfort Coach- Mattress Sales

Hello, and thanks for considering our local and family-owned company! Here at Verlo Mattress - St Charles we are looking for a well-spoken, upbeat, goal-oriented, driven, and trusted person to join our growing Comfort Coach team. Our Comfort Coaches help local community members by informing them of the best way to get a great night's sleep. We do this through a knowledge and science-based sales process designed specifically to help our Guests meet their needs.

We will train the right candidate; no sales experience is necessary. All we require is a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to develop trusted relationships with our Guests!

Responsibilities

• Present, educate, promote, and sell products/services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive and trusted customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Support Regional Sales Manager in various store/factory activities as required
  
• Perform In-Home Comfort Adjustments as needed to ensure Customers experience the great sleep they deserve

• Ability to truly listen to Customers and help them according to their wants and needs
• Customer Service mindset, always looking at ways to help the Customer
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills
• Social Media skills a plus
