This position is in our Chicago, IL office and is onsite five days per week. This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential; It is not uncommon for entry-level candidates who excel in this role to clear six figures after 12-18 months of full-time commitment. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Role Objective

· Source debt/equity placement mandates to finance healthcare real estate acquisitions, refinances, new development for sponsors nationwide.

· Prospect new client relationships and open new markets through cold calls, emails, trade shows, and other marketing channels.

· Market debt/equity requests to lenders, private and institutional investors including private equity firms, family offices, and HNWIs.

· Underwrite and size financing requests to determine the most appropriate financing products and structures for clients.

· Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies

Candidate Background

· Experienced: Previous sales or professional experience in prospecting and business development a plus.

· Education or interest in learning financial analysis and sales.

· Communicative - Whether written or verbal, you can clearly and confidently express ideas and build relationships

Compensation & Benefits

Independent contractor. 100% commission-based compensation.
