Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; 2 years of current experience in peritoneal dialysis in an outpatient setting. License: Current nursing license required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: - Prior experience in education and training patients in peritoneal dialysis within the last 3 years. - On-call required. Staff will be expected to take a 12-hour on-call shift every other Sunday and a 3-hour on-call shift following their regular shift approximately 2 times weekly. - Flexibility to float across various units. Description: Minimum qualifications include 3 years of full-time clinical nursing experience. The candidate must possess 2 years of current experience in peritoneal dialysis in an outpatient setting. Prior experience in educating and training patients in peritoneal dialysis within the last 3 years is essential. On-call duties will be required. Staff will take a 12-hour on-call shift every other Sunday and a 3-hour on-call shift following their regular shift approximately 2 times weekly. All staff must be prepared to float across various units, as there are no guaranteed home units. Floating may include areas outside of the clinician's primary competency, utilizing a team-based care model to provide appropriate support. References from the candidate's most recent employers will be required prior to start. Only one reference per employer will be accepted.
