About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law 50 firm with a preeminent banking practice, is actively seeking a finance lawyer to join the firm as an associate. This firm’s nationally-ranked banking practice advises financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on hundreds of financings valued at hundreds of billions of dollars each year.

Responsibilities:
· Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of experience with borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, and/or leveraged finance experience
· Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings required
· Stellar academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $395,000+.
