CHS, Inc has an opportunity to join our grain team in Maple Park, IL as a Scale Assistant! No experience needed - daily you will oversee operations of the scale, assist in elevator functions, and perform general office duties for our employees and customers. Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.

• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.

• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.

• Maintain a clean work area.

• Assist other personnel as needed.

• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations

• High School diploma or GED preferred

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
