Join the dynamic culinary team at Wasabi Sushi Bar, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional sushi and Japanese cuisine in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will assist our Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and maintenance at your assigned station.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sushi and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assistance to Chef and Sous Chef: Support culinary leadership by executing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a hospitality team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
