Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture accurate stories, requirements, and designs aligned to business goals.

Analyze complex problem statements, uncover requirements, and propose viable solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of the domain, users, and use cases to inform prioritization.

Partner with technical leads to align on solution design, feasibility, and implementation trade-offs.
-
Collaborate with data curation to define and validate high-quality metadata specifications.
-
Design and execute A/B tests, synthesize results, and communicate insights to leadership.
-
Collect and analyze user feedback to refine AI solutions and agent behavior, translating insights into backlog items.

Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes.

Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.

Translate product roadmaps into delivery plans across squads, workstreams, and stakeholders.

Track progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive mitigation plans.

Facilitate agile ceremonies to support predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

Manage stakeholder communications with clear status, risks, and decisions required.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.

Ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria, quality standards, and business outcomes.
-
Support change management by aligning stakeholders on scope changes, priorities, and trade-offs.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.

Facilitate product demos and milestone reviews, incorporating feedback into plans.
-
Engage the squad to clarify requirements, remove impediments, and optimize productivity.

5 to 8 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, and/or product management in an agile environment.

Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, backlog refinement, and story mapping.

Understanding of software applications, enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.

Ability to rapidly develop skills in generative AI.
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
-
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
-
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in agile or hybrid environments.
-
Planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation capability.
-
Experience balancing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced settings.
-
Ability to drive execution while aligning to product vision and strategic goals.
-
Experience working with distributed and global teams across time zones.
-
Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Facilitation skills for workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.

Ability to work independently, virtually, and collaboratively in a team environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Experience in Knowledge Management, generative AI, web application development, UX/UI, or API design (preferred).

Formal project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe (preferred).
