Part-Time Front Desk Attendant

National Star Services is a well-established facility management company with 27 years of experience, providing a wide range of services nationwide and now we are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join our team in Palatine, IL.

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential duties in a supportive team atmosphere such as the following:

• Greet guests and residents with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Handle packages (may include some light to moderate lifting)
• Collaborate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed
• Complete simple reports related to your shift and any incidents
• Use company apps and tablets for scheduling and basic reporting and package tracking.

Working Hours:

• Saturday & Sunday Only (12hrs per week)
• 8:00 am – 02:00 pm

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

• $16.00 per hour
• (Biweekly pay)

Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
• Background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Available to start working as soon as possible.
