About The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Junior Client Support Analyst to support institutional clients on our proprietary low-latency trading platform. This full-time role reports to the Head of Desk Support and is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced trading environments.
What You’ll Do:
Provide level 1 system and integration support at the direction of the client support manager.
- Deliver first-line phone support, Support clients via chat and email across GUI and automated trading platforms
- Trade support and algorithm troubleshooting
- System and client connectivity resolution
- Order routing investigations with execution brokers
- QA of internal trading tools, algorithms, and risk applications
- Client onboarding and account setup assistance
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Econ, Math, or CS preferred)
- Financial/trading experience a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, equities, derivatives, futures
- SIE, Series 7 & 63 required within 6 months (preferred if held)
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
