Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Building Automation Technician to join our team. As a remote technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting building automation systems for our healthcare clients. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain building automation systems remotely to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems

- Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades

- Provide remote support and training to clients on the use of building automation systems

- Maintain accurate records of system maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation or a related field

- Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems

- Experience with remote troubleshooting and maintenance of building automation systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in using remote access tools and software

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ASHRAE and BACnet, is preferred

- Degree or certification in a related field is a plus
