Senior Principal Human Resources Consultant

Ensures talent needs and concerns and organizational effectiveness is addressed. Enhanc es HR practices that allow the c ompany to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities Consult on and develop strategies for improving employee engagement. Partner with the business to define goals and objectives. Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business plans, including workforce planning and talent strategies. Consult with business leadership on identifying, developing, assessing, and managing talent. Support change management and organizational redesign efforts. Design and implement human resources solutions to solve strategic business challenges. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here's what we need from you: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field 8+ years of experience in human resources consulting, human resources business partner, talent management, or related experience In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in human resources consulting, human resources business partner, talent management, or related field Preferred Qualifications If we had our say, we'd also look for: Master's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field 4+ years of primary experience consulting with executive or senior leadership PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,500.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
