With a supportive team environment, we take pride in our work and our people. We are currently looking for a skilled GM Automotive Technician who is ready to join a growing service department.

Position Overview:

As a GM Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of GM vehicles according to manufacturer standards. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and familiar with GM tools, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all GM makes and models
• Use GM GDS2, Techline Connect, and other factory scan tools and systems
• Execute warranty and customer pay repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members about repair timelines and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stay up to date with GM bulletins, training, and certifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of GM dealership experience required
• GM certifications or ASE certifications preferred
• Proficient in using GM diagnostic and repair tools (Techline, GDS2, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record/reliable transportation
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• New York State Inspection Certificate
