Bookkeeper
Job Overview
Small established, but growing Crystal Lake, IL general practice law firm has an immediate part-time opening for a Bookkeeper - Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk. Quickbooks experience required, accuracy and ability to multi-task essential. Hours are 8:30-4:00 PM, days (2-3) are flexible. Starting pay is $20/hour or higher depending upon experience. Duties include:
- Quickbooks experience required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify account balances and transactions.
- Month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with technical accounting issues as they arise.
- Strong communication skills.

Experience:
- Bookkeeping/Quickbooks: 2 years (Preferred)
