Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established commercial landscape services provider seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and scale a high-performing branch in McHenry, IL. This role is ideal for a proven operational leader with strong financial ownership, team leadership experience, and a track record of driving growth and performance in a multi-crew environment.

Lead with impact: This leadership position oversees full branch operations, including P&L management, team performance, and service delivery across maintenance, enhancement, and snow operations. The branch currently operates at approximately $9M in revenue with a target trajectory toward $12M+, offering the opportunity to drive measurable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full branch P&L performance and financial results
• Manage branch and company EBITDA targets
• Forecast revenue and drive branch growth initiatives
• Oversee maintenance, enhancement, and snow operations
• Monitor service line margins and operational efficiency
• Utilize Aspire software for reporting and accountability
• Lead Account Managers, Operations Managers, Superintendents, and field crews
• Establish consistent operational standards and performance expectations
• Maintain regular field presence, including morning dispatch participation
• Develop team members and build leadership capability
• Ensure proactive client communication and service quality standards
• Drive contract renewals and client retention strategies
• Partner with business development and operations leadership on growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience managing a $10M–$15M+ branch, business unit, or comparable operation
• Proven ownership of P&L and EBITDA performance
• Strong financial and operational leadership skills
• Experience leading multi-layer teams and field operations
• Background in commercial landscaping, field services, or related industry
• Strong leadership presence and accountability-driven management style
• Experience with Aspire or similar operational systems preferred
• Midwest market familiarity preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000
• Bonus: 12%–15% of base (company and branch performance)
• All-in potential: $140K–$155K+
• $600/month vehicle allowance plus fuel

• 3 weeks vacation plus 5 PTO days
