• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ skills and career goals.
• Provide personalized job search assistance, including resume writing and interview preparation.

• Track client progress and maintain accurate records of job placements and outcomes.
• Stay current with job market trends and employer expectations to provide informed guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in career services, recruitment, or employment counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
