Product Manager

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Product Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of new products within existing market/product lines.

How you will make an impact:

• Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.

• Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.

• Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.

• Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.

• Enterprise role that manages Small Group Affordable Care Act (ACA), Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA), Anthem Balanced Funding (ABF) Product Benefit structures, standard guidelines and administrative rules (benefit attributes, State Specific Benefit Rules (SSBR), limitations, Out of Area (OOA), etc.) across markets; adhering and applying defined standards specific to benefit structures and attributes.

• Oversees development and maintenance of product structures

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Health or managed care experience preferred.

• MBA preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $76,776 to $131,616
