Personal Injury Attorney

We’re looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. We help clients reclaim their lives after an injury or loss and ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. You'll provide quality legal representation, guide clients through personal injury claims, and fight for fair outcomes. You’ll work closely with our paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to build strong cases and deliver great results for our clients.

How do you fit in? You’ll provide top-notch legal representation, guide clients through personal injury claims, and fight for fair outcomes. Your role will involve case investigations, negotiations, and courtroom appearances. Collaboration is key here – you’ll work closely with our paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys to build strong cases to deliver great results for our clients.

What will you be doing?

1. Handling a caseload of personal injury claims efficiently from start to finish

2. Preparing and reviewing legal documents and pleadings

3. Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations

4. Working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to develop winning strategies

5. Engaging in professional development and training initiatives provided by the firm

What qualifications do you need?

1. JD from an accredited law school with a license to practice in Illinois.

2. At least 5 years of experience in personal injury or a similar field. Workers' comp experience is strongly preferred.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

5. Prior trial experience is an advantage but not required.

6. Willingness to embrace technology to practice efficiently.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
