• Diagnose and repair cell phone issues with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.
