Clubhouse Sports Lounge is Edwardsville’s top destination for watching the big game, enjoying scratch-made food, and hanging out with friends over craft cocktails and cold beer. From NFL Sunday Ticket and weekend brunch to late-night fun and private parties, we’re known for our energetic, guest-first atmosphere. We’re looking for outgoing, reliable Servers to deliver excellent service and keep the good times rolling.
What You’ll DoAs a Server , you’ll be the face of Clubhouse Sports Lounge and play a big role in creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests promptly and providing friendly, attentive service
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system
Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
Anticipating guest needs and upselling menu items, specials, and signature cocktails
Handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately
Working closely with bartenders, bussers, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service flowing
Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work as needed
Outgoing, personable, and passionate about hospitality
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Team player with great communication skills
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right personality
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
