Sr Workday Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Workday Developer who can execute on a client project that is focused on building integrations and converting financial data from Peoplesoft AR to Workday AR. This person will be a strong asset on the team as they will be working with many individuals to deliver this crucial initiative.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of experience with Workday, having 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development, with a strong focus on Workday Financials.

-Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer

-Enterprise environment Workday experience

-Experience working with Azure ASB

-Experience building out 75+ integrations in Workday Finance

-Strong experience with inbound and outbound integrations in Workday

-Experience with SOX compliance (monitoring and auditing), including secure design and audit-readiness of integrations in similar sized public organizations.

-Strong background in error handling, logging, and alerting for integrations.

-Experience building or maintaining dashboards for integration monitoring.

-Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

-Excellent at both written and verbal communication, ensuring code, documentation, and discussions are equally clear and effective. Ability to translate technical concept into business-friendly language -Experience with Peoplesoft AR

-Workday Certifications

-Experience with High Radius (invoicing)
