In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for mixing and blending product batches with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Bring your chemical manufacturing experience to Daubert and in return, Daubert offers:
- Starting hourly range of $23.00-$24.00, depending on experience, plus $2.00/hr differential for Mid Shift and overtime

- Mid Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm
- Performs activities to safely clean, secure and maintain equipment and work areas as required. Participate in housekeeping (e.g. sweep, mop, dust, put items away in proper areas) in the facility according to 5S.
- Follows, without exception, all work instructions, SOP’s, and safety rules, including use of all proper PPE and other safety equipment. Use of a respirator is required for certain batches.
- Troubleshoots problems with equipment, respond to system notifications and make required adjustments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 3 years of chemical manufacturing experience in a batch environment with chemical reactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to read, write and speak English. Works well within a team and able to follow specific directions.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience with valves, pumps, flow meters, condensers, sensors, PLC's, filters, etc.
- Good problem-solving ability; makes efficient use of time within shift directives.
- Be able to demonstrate accurate math calculations.
- Ability to be trained and safely operate a forklift.
- Punctuality and excellent attendance are expected and required.

While performing the duties of this job, the worker is frequently required to reach with both hands and arms. Speaking and hearing are required. crouch or is required to stand; walk, climb; use both hands and all fingers; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl on occasion. The worker must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Passing a respirator fitting and pulmonary fit test is required.
